Job Order Authentication Process

  • The foreign company/agency in Jordan should register their company/agency with the Mission.
  • The following documents should be submitted along with an English translation.
    • Application form (Download here)
    • Business registration certificate *
    • Operating/ Activity certificate*
    • License of the company*
    • Profile of the recruitment company/agency
    • Passport copy or ID copy of the owner of the company
    • Details of subsidiaries, if any

*The documents should be attested by the Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Jordan.

  • If the foreign company/agency fulfils the appropriate requirements, the Mission will issue a certificate valid for one year.
  • Fee: JOD 30.00
  • The following documents should be submitted by the company or agency on the official letterhead of the company or agency. These documents should be attested by the Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Jordan, along with the English translations, for the purpose of Mission attestation.
    • Demand letter (Job order)
    • Business agreement
    • Duly filled special Power of Attorney

  • Additionally, the following documents relevant to the Sri Lankan recruitment agency should also be submitted:
    • Copy of the License of the Sri Lankan partner agency
    • Copy of the passport of the owner of the Sri Lankan agency
  • The full set of documents will be endorsed by the Embassy and the original set will be issued to the company or agency.
  • Fee: JOD 128.00 for one job order
  • The following documents should be submitted by the agency for the authentication of an individual employment contract for recruitment of Sri Lankan workers.
    • Duly filled two sets of Special Working Contracts, issued by the SLBFE, comply with Jordanian laws and SLBFE minimum standards, should be signed by the Employer.
    • Copy of the valid passport of the employee.
    • Copy of the identity card and family book with English translation of the employer.
    • Copy of the valid employment visa with English translation.
    • Insurance for the employee (Employer paid Insurance for female Domestic Employees).
