- Where a Power of Attorney/affidavit is required for submission to a Court of Law in Sri Lanka or any other legal institution or matters related to legal implications, the applicant should obtain the Power of Attorney from a lawyer in Sri Lanka and bring the document to the Embassy along with the following documents that will be signed in the presence of a Diplomatic Officer at the Embassy:
- A Power of Attorney prepared by a lawyer in Sri Lanka
- The applicant’s valid passport and Jordanian Visa (Iqama)
- Relevant supportive documents to substantiate the facts given in an Affidavit or a Power of Attorney.
- Fee: JOD 49.000
Note:
- The owner of the document should physically be present at the Embassy.
