Sri Lankan pensioners living in Jordan should personally present themselves at the Embassy to obtain a life certificate or attestation for a pension receipt.

Required Documents

• Dully completed Life certificate application (Download here)
• Original passport with Jordan Visa (Iqama)
• Pensioner’s Identity Card issued by the Director, Department of Pensions in Colombo
• Fee: Free of charge

• The owner of the documents should physically be present at the Embassy.
