• Where a Power of Attorney/affidavit is required for submission to a Court of Law in Sri Lanka or any other legal institution or matters related to legal implications, the applicant should obtain the Power of Attorney from a lawyer in Sri Lanka and bring the document to the Embassy along with the following documents that will be signed in the presence of a Diplomatic Officer at the Embassy:
    • A Power of Attorney prepared by a lawyer in Sri Lanka
    • The applicant’s valid passport and Jordanian Visa (Iqama)
    • Relevant supportive documents to substantiate the facts given in an Affidavit or a Power of Attorney.

Note:

  • The owner of the document should physically be present at the Embassy.
